The PC Party continues to forge ahead with its policy development for the next election. Last Saturday, PC candidates, executive members, and campaign personnel gathered in Moose Jaw to finalize key components of the PC Platform.
The PC Party will be asking support for a number of innovative and forward looking proposals by voters on April 4, 2016. Value adding our resources and providing long term employment have been hallmarks of PC Policy for decades.
This piece of the PC Platform being released this morning speaks to food self-sufficiency, generating greener energy and promoting job opportunities across the province, not just in Regina or Saskatoon. We believe this proposal also meets the Federal government’s announced criteria for new infrastructure spending.
PC Party Leader, Rick Swenson said “This speaks to Saskatchewan’s abundant land and water resources and a clean environment. We are blessed with more sunshine than anywhere else in Canada. Let’s start using that resource along with Saskatchewan’s ingenuity to build a better province.”
