“Scott Moe’s SaskParty recently released their long awaited back to school plans which is leaving many parents and educators without any real support or direction” said Ken Grey, Leader of the Progressive Conservative Party of Saskatchewan. “The NDP plan is no better, just saying smaller class sizes without explaining how we can achieve that by September. The SaskParty has no plan and the NDP just reacts with a statement and no plan on how to deliver” Ken added.
“The PC party put out a plan for return to school on June 5, 2020. This was a measured plan to ensure smaller class numbers and proper social distancing. The plan was intended as a temporary measure to ensure a safe return to class for both students and teachers.” Grey stated.
Saskatchewan parents, teachers and school staff need assurances that we are doing everything to keep everyone as safe as possible. The Saskparty and NDP both failed to provide any real plan even though they took an extra two months to prepare.
