Today is a day to take pause and remember all the men and women who have served and continue to serve our country. Remembrance Day is a day that we honour those who gave the ultimate sacrifice for our freedoms. Today take a moment to remember those who fought for Canada during war and those that have served overseas during peace keeping missions. At 11 o’clock pause for a moment of silence and remember grandparents, fathers, mothers, brothers and sisters and give thanks for their service to our country. Lest we Forget
