I just want to start off by saying thank you to those of you who commented on last week’s commentary. This subject seems to have touched a nerve with a lot of people from many backgrounds. I can say from the feedback I received that this is not seen as a good investment for the Canada Pension Plan, is not good for Saskatchewan agriculture and before this is a done deal, politicians both federally and provincially should be giving this deal a great deal of scrutiny. I think someone is trying to sneak this one through while everyone’s attention is directed at the holidays and family time.
On that note, I hope all of you have a Merry Christmas and a happy holiday with your family, friends and community. Please take care while coping with winter driving in Saskatchewan and I look forward to many more topics of interest to talk about in 2014. I think Saskatchewan is coming to a crossroads and there will be choices that must be made.
Once again from Joanne and myself, all the best to you and yours. Talk to you in 2014!
